Anfield on the 2/5/2010 by S. M. Dysart N.S.
Liverpool started this game with Javier Mascherano at right back and Daniel Agger at left back because of injury to players and after their 120 minutes game on Thursday night. Torres was one of those injures.
Chelsea started with top scorer Didier Drogba up front and Anelka and Kalou on either side.
Liverpool stated the better and applying pressure with Aquilani first skimming the crossbar. But after 33 minutes Drogba intercepted Gerarad’s back pass and dribbled it past Reina and slotted home the goal.
After that Chelsea took complete control and after 53 minutes Lampard tapped home another goal after great play by Ivanivic and Anelka who provided the cross. Then the game was Chelsea’s and they came close again with Lampard and Anelka. Chelsea used good tactics to win with Malouda and A.Cole up the left wing racing passed Mascherano, at every chance, who out of his nomal position.
Chelsea are now favourites to win the league as they only need a win next Sunday to lift the trophy.

I was watching the Inter Milan versus Barcelona last night and I thought the game was absolutely brilliant. Inter Mian were completely leading the game. Their passing was much better compared to Barcelona’s. I thought that Dani Alves was playing absolutely useless. His crosses were terrible and he even tried to make a dive inside the box. But I predict that Messi will come back and score 2 goals at the second leg in Nou Camp.

It was on Tuesday the 20th April 2010 in the San Siro Milan.
Barca had to travel for 14 hours by coach because of the ash cloud.
