The Mad Hatter
This movie was directed by Tim Burton, who is renowned for his quirky take on characters. One of the characters ‘The Red Queen’ is played by Helena Bonham Carter who also played Belatrix L’Estrange in Harry Potter. Anne Hathaway gave an exellent portrayal of the ‘The White Queen’. And of course the exellent adaptable Johnny Depp played the ‘Mad Hatter’.
“Alice in Wonderland” is a movie about a girl called Alice, who followed a rabbit down a rabbit hole. She has to save Wonderland from the ‘Red Queen’. She had lots of adventures with the Mad Hatter who got kidnapped by the ‘Red Queen’. Alice went to the palace to rescue her friend and then she had to get to the White Queen. Her mission was to defeat the ‘Jaberwockey’ and return Wonderland to the White Queen. Of course there are many adventures along the way and we are never really sure will Alice succeed.
I thought this movie was very imaginative and funny because Tim Burton is a great director and the movie was full of mad funny characters with brilliant costume design!!
I would recommend this movie to anyone from 8 years and up, because small children might find some scenes scary, but I think adults, children and teenagers would really enjoy this movie. I would give it a 9/10. I docked it a point because sometimes I got a little bit confused when I was following the story line. But overall this was a very enjoyable movie.

I never did like the origenal Alice in Wonderland, but this one seem’s
much better and the people who are playing the characters are much better actors/actresses. It seem’s a little bit mad though which is probaly better for the movie since it was nearly meant to be a crazy movie.
IT sound’s realy good they all sound so funny and i think it will be a very good movie to watch.
I don’t really like movie’s that can’t stick to the storyline. There too… confusing. Good review anyway, but I once saw a cartoon version of Alice in Wonderland and it scared me a lot, probably because I was only 8 or 9.

I think this movie was intresting and good with Aice in Wonderland and the characters were funny.I never saw the movie but our drama teacher read it with us.
Well I would really like to watch it some time, and I agree with what Anna said.
But think if I watched it I would recomened a 10 out of 10.

The origanal Alice in Wonderland was a little bit too crazy, but this Alice in Wonderland is not too crazy but it’s not to boring from what I’ve read. The actors/actresses must really suit the charectors they play. Good review.
If i could go to the movies on my own I would pick Alice IN WONDER LAND. I’ve heard that it was reaLly good. So far a lot of people watched it already so I hope I can watch it too:) .
I thought it was very creative and very exciting.I thought my favourite character was the ‘White Queen’ Beacuase she was very nice and calm about the red Queen coming. I give this 10/10! Good review!
I think that the movie looks realy good. I havent seen it yet but I hope to. Alice in Wonderland is suppose to be an adventurous and imaginative movie. I am glad that other people have seen it, I hope that other people see it too.
